Suggested Use

Each Purendure Energy Pouch packs a punch with 25g+ of carbohydrate goodness. For peak performance, aim to consume 1-3+ pouches every hour to hit that 60g-90g goal. Just unscrew the top and squeeze.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, pop in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.

Great product

Love these, great way to get the carbs in with something that actually tastes OK, really nice to have the variety. Absolutely love the taste and everything about them.
Makes a great alternative to the really sweet gels.
Only thing I'd like to see is a different shape as its a struggle to fit many in to a running belt thats been designed for traditional gel shape, but I might get a reusable flask and put a few in

Amazing!

I tried both the mango and banana flavours and love them both. I like the consistency and the fact you can screw the lid back on to avoid any mess, especially if you don’t want to have it all in one go. Love that it’s all natural ingredients and provides me with just as much energy as regular energy gel would. Definitely recommend
