Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Monday-Friday: If you order before 2pm it will be dispatched same day.
For Weekend orders it will be dispatched Monday.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Royal Mail 2nd class 2-4 day delivery = Free on orders over £15
Royal Mail Tracked 48 two day delivery = £2.87
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next day delivery = £3.60
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to some countries internationally. We’re working to expand to more regions soon, stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How do I start a return?
Simply email our support team at info@purendure.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@purendure.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and items and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
How long do the gels last?
Our current batch has a Best Before End date of November 2026. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

When can I use the energy gel alternatives?
These are great for:
- Before exercise as a pre-workout
- During exercise around 50g carbs per hour for intense sports that last longer than 90 minutes
- After exercise to replenish nutrients in the body
How many do you recommend for half marathon?
Aim for 50-90g of carbs every hour for optimal performance, if running for longer than 90 minutes (Between 3-4 pouches).
Again this is down to personal preference as some people find it harder to eat while running.
When should I use an energy gel during a run?
We recommend taking one gel 30 minutes into your run, and every 20–30 minutes thereafter to maintain optimal energy levels.
Can I use these gels during a marathon or ultra?
Yes our gels are endurance-tested and suitable for marathons, ultras, and long adventure efforts. They provide consistent fuel without the digestive distress of additive-filled alternatives.
Do they contain allergens?
Our energy gel alternatives are free from common allergens, due to our manufacturers extensive cleaning cycles.
When can I use your energy gel alternatives?
They work well before workouts (as a pre-fuel), during training, or after activity (to help replenish nutrients).
Are they vegan?
Yes! Our gels are certified vegan by The Vegan Society
What makes Purendure energy gels different?
We use only 4 ingredients fruit purée, electrolytes, and natural sugars with no sweeteners or additives which are linked to gut distress. Unlike other brands, our gels come in a screw-top pouch, so you can refuel without the mess.
How long do they last?
They have a 12 month shelf life because they have been pasteurised. Our current batch BBE is November 2026.
Do your gels contain caffeine?
No, all our gels are caffeine-free, making them ideal for clean, steady energy without the crashes.
Are they okay for kids?
Our gels are okay with children over 5 years old in sporting situations and should be accompanied by an adult, due to the screw-top lid which is a choking hazard.
Are Purendure gels easy on the stomach?
We have put so much thought into what ingredients to use to minimise this risk. We have received a lot of feedback from people saying that they haven’t had any issues. However we can’t 100% guarantee that it won't give you stomach issues as everyone's body is different
Where are Purendure gels made?
All of our energy gels are manufactured in the UK using natural, responsibly sourced ingredients.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our pouches are PP5 recyclable at home (Council dependant) just keep the cap on and place them in standard recycling, or take to the supermarket for soft plastic recycling if your Council doesn't allow for it it.
Do you sell to the Trade or Wholesale?
Yes. We're available across the UK through a wide variety of Distributors and Retail Partners.

We do support numerous Charities and Events across the UK.
There is a very high demand for our products to help support events and Charites.
Unfortunately we are unable to help any more events at this stage as we have reached our quota.
