Really great taste and super easy to take. Since using this I’ve found my stomach has been more settled after a run. Small and easy to carry. Really pleased that I found these as the NEC running show! Way better than other gels I’ve tried.

This gel was recommended to me by another athlete. It has now become a favourite. The flavour and consistency are 5 stars. It's easy to open, and I also love how I can put the lid back on the packaging without making a mess. The cherry on the cake is that I can recycle the packaging in the soft plastic collection points in major supermarkets. Winner!

I now have two Purendure flasks.
One goes in the rucksack I use when I am out hiking and the other goes in my cycling jersey/jacket pocket.
As I have mentioned before I find that the Purendure Gels give me a decent energy boost and don't upset my stomach.

Ordered 12 pack to try and it really is delicious. Used twice so far … one long run and one only a few miles. Like that I don’t get sticky fingers. Nice taste and natural. I did need the loo during each run so not sure it doesn’t give a laxative effect as yet. Using for my 24k this weekend so will see

Tried these on a half mara trail run heading up a hill when i was depleted, it worked and was tasty, gave me the power to get a PB. Bought the 12 pack and love them, even have ine pre-gym😋

I bought a trial pack of 4 from the National Running Show and have now bought a box of 24! I’ve tried so many different gels, chews etc and these are my favourite. They go down so quickly and easily.
