I now have two Purendure flasks.
One goes in the rucksack I use when I am out hiking and the other goes in my cycling jersey/jacket pocket.
As I have mentioned before I find that the Purendure Gels give me a decent energy boost and don't upset my stomach.

Love the mango especially on long runs, easy to undo and consume, effectively keep energy going for me.

Ordered 12 pack to try and it really is delicious. Used twice so far … one long run and one only a few miles. Like that I don’t get sticky fingers. Nice taste and natural. I did need the loo during each run so not sure it doesn’t give a laxative effect as yet. Using for my 24k this weekend so will see

Tried these on a half mara trail run heading up a hill when i was depleted, it worked and was tasty, gave me the power to get a PB. Bought the 12 pack and love them, even have ine pre-gym😋

I bought a trial pack of 4 from the National Running Show and have now bought a box of 24! I’ve tried so many different gels, chews etc and these are my favourite. They go down so quickly and easily.

I ordered a box of gels which arrived badly damaged by Royal Mail. I used the chat function on the website and a replacement order was sent out the same day. I had a sample in a goody bag from Weston Half, and ordered based on how well my notoriously tricky stomach coped with that.
I'm very optimistic that these could be the answer for me for running fuel!
I loved the simple, natural ingredients too, the texture isn't sticky either. The lids are replaceable so that the gel can be taken on over time rather than in one go.

Smooth texture, not sticky and love the fact that they are screw top pouch making it really easy to open. Gentle on the stomach and banana 🍌 ones are a great flavour. Can recommend the gel flask that holds 2 pouches, perfect for my Lanzarote half marathon at the weekend.
