Description
Banana purée, date syrup, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. That's the whole gel. Each 70g pouch gives you 22.4g of carbs from fruit. It tastes like banana because it is banana. The screw-top lid means you can take half now and save the rest for later. Every batch is tested under Informed Sport before release. It's used by professional football clubs, and by runners who like knowing exactly what they're eating at mile 20.

How to Use
Each Purendure Energy Pouch packs a punch with 22g+ of carbohydrate goodness. For peak running performance aim to consume 1-3 pouches every 60 minutes to hit that 60-90g of carbohydrates your body can absorb per hour. Just unscrew the top and squeeze.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, pop in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
Once finished, the pouches, lid included can be easily recycled through most kerbside schemes across the UK.
Really great taste and super easy to take. Since using this I’ve found my stomach has been more settled after a run. Small and easy to carry. Really pleased that I found these as the NEC running show! Way better than other gels I’ve tried.

Have tried quite a few options for fuelling over the years and nothing worked welll for me until I discovered Purendure! Love that it is all natural ingredients
Tried these today at Derby festival of running. I had forgotten my gels and was worried trying something new on race day.
Pleased to report no GI issues and it gave me the fuel I needed to keep going. Bonus as it’s vegan friendly too and no artificial nasties.

The mango flavour is amazing, it tastes like a cross between mango and golden syrup (which was a favourite of mine during childhood) I used it as a pre workout as I was feeling a bit flat and weak beforehand, I was able to power through a weights and cardio session after using this. I could have kept going, the only reason I stopped was because I was training on my lunch break and had to get back to work. The post workout pump was also crazy

This gel was recommended to me by another athlete. It has now become a favourite. The flavour and consistency are 5 stars. It's easy to open, and I also love how I can put the lid back on the packaging without making a mess. The cherry on the cake is that I can recycle the packaging in the soft plastic collection points in major supermarkets. Winner!

Ordered 12 pack to try and it really is delicious. Used twice so far … one long run and one only a few miles. Like that I don’t get sticky fingers. Nice taste and natural. I did need the loo during each run so not sure it doesn’t give a laxative effect as yet. Using for my 24k this weekend so will see

When should I take a gel?
Take 1 gel every 15-20 minutes during endurance activity (running, cycling etc.) or 15–20 minutes before for a natural energy boost.
