Just Upped My Training To 12K Plus - The Banana Boost At 8K Was Just Perfect X UP THE IMPS

Had a mango one today after a race and really enjoyed it. Will be looking at getting more for my marathon training.

Tried these today for the first time. Prefered the banana one, but both much less sweet than traditional gels which made them more digestible
Screw lid means I didn’t have to finish them all in one go.

Love these, great way to get the carbs in with something that actually tastes OK, really nice to have the variety. Absolutely love the taste and everything about them.
Makes a great alternative to the really sweet gels.
Only thing I'd like to see is a different shape as its a struggle to fit many in to a running belt thats been designed for traditional gel shape, but I might get a reusable flask and put a few in

Was given a couple of those by my PT, Rob from Chrysalis Fitness and they really helped. So much nicer than the gels I used in the past. Preferred the Mango one but both worked really well getting me through the long training runs.

Given free ones at a run through event and used one for the first time today, it was so tasty, would definitely buy more! They have a slight tartness so they aren’t too sweet

I got the sample after finishing Solihull half marathon, tried recently while training- fantastic taste and felt the energy level improved

First started using the pouches when I was running at a Run Through event at the velodrome and it totally helped me to run the 10 miles. I got a pb and have been using them since. Usual gels are tasteless and slimy whilst these have a great flavor. The pouches are easy to open whilst running and have used them at each of the half marathons that I have run. The pouches are easy to carry in my running vest. Love both flavors and while running you need to feed your body and this product does exactly that. The prices for the pouches are very reasonable and will carry on using them at all of my races.

My daughter & I have been using the fruit pouches instead of gels for our training for Amsterdam marathon. I ordered some more to take with us but unfortunately Royal Mail did not deliver them.
I sent an email to Purendure at 7pm on a Friday evening & got a reply instantly. Laura kindly sent me a replacement straight away which I received a couple of days later along with a lovely note.
I really appreciate that they have gone that extra mile to ensure I got my order in time for our marathon.
